This policy explains how the royai.ai website handles personal information. It covers this website only. Royai software runs on our customers' own servers or cloud accounts; we do not receive the business data processed by a Royai deployment.
Who we are
The website is operated by Royai.ai (“Royai”, “we”). For any privacy question or request, write to hello@royai.ai.
What we collect and why
Demo requests
When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, company, role, and the optional details you choose
to share (revenue band, systems, priorities, notes), together with the page you came from, any campaign tags in
the link (for example utm_source) and your approximate country. We use this to arrange and prepare
your demo and to follow up about Royai. Legal basis (EU/UK GDPR): your consent and steps you ask us to take
before a possible contract; our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Scheduling
If you pick a time, the booking is handled by Cal.com, which processes your name, email and booking details and adds the meeting to our Google Workspace calendar with a video link.
Analytics — only with your consent
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help visitors. Google signals and advertising personalisation are switched off. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and reports only aggregated page views.
Security
The demo form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs for security and reliability.

Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — website hosting, bot protection and cookieless analytics.
- Google — Workspace email, calendar and the spreadsheet where demo requests are kept; Google Analytics if you consent.
- Cal.com — meeting scheduling.
These providers may process data outside your country, under their standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@royai.ai. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above.
